GUIDELINES FOR BOOKING A SERVICE

We ask that you be mindful when booking your service and that you read the description to ensure that it's the right service for you. When you click the "book a service" button, it will link you to our booking software. Whether you are booking a service in the alcove or the hair studio, in the left corner of each listed service you will find an info button. This will describe the service for you. If you're not sure what to book please contact us. If you book the wrong service  and your artist decides that it will take need more time, your price will be adjusted accordingly!

BEAUTY ALCOVE POLICY

Cancellations, guarantees, deposits and more

• Healed results from any mircropigmentation services will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results.

If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email RECTIFY a clear photo PRIOR to booking your appointment. We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and your artist must approve that your eyebrows are workable. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discoloured, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before beginning the cover-up/re-work. Multiple session may be required.

• Our Beauty Alcove requires a 48 Hours cancelation policy. Last minute cancellations (within 48 hours notice) or no shows, will be charged Full amount of the service price. A valid credit card is stored online while the time of booking. 

​

 Clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please View (and if you can, print) the Release form before your scheduled appointment.


• Consultations are required for micropigmention services to ensure your skin is the perfect fit for this procedure. Not all skin types hold onto the pigment and a proper assessment will be valuable.  Other options are available for those who cannot have microblading or mircopigmention.

THE Hair POLICY

Dayna hs a 48 hour cancelation policy. If you no show, cancel within the 48 hours, or you are 50% late to your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be forfeited and the stored credit card will be charged at the full amount of the Service. 

 

A valid CC is stored into our system during the booking process. This CC will not be charged unless the policy is violated. 

 

Gratuity is not expected!
